This program is designed to support the construction of rental accommodation for mid-income households.
The following information is intended for parties interested in building such properties. Funding terms
Funding takes the form of interest-free loans, grants towards construction costs and one-time subsidies towards rental income. The rent price cap and occupancy controls run for, optionally, 40 or 30 years. The initial net base rent is 9.50 €/m² of living space. Planning needs to heed household sizes and stipulations on the size of living space.
