Fortschreibung des Hochhausentwicklungsplans HEP2024
Frankfurt’s skyline can be seen from afar and defines the city’s image. Down through the decades, high-rises of different epochs have arisen in the Main metropolis. This dense spatial layout of very high buildings in contrast to what is otherwise largely a horizontal city is truly unique in Germany. Many Frankfurt citizens long since identify with this image of their city.
And the trend continues: New buildings are currently being realized or will shortly be commissioned. Additional sites for high-rises are being discussed.
The high-rise development plan has been further developed and updated in recent years and will soon be presented to the municipal council for approval. More detailed information will follow.

Fachkonzept
Der Magistrat und die Stadtverordnetenversammlung erhalten das Fachkonzept zur Kenntnis, bestehend aus den Anlagen 1 bis 3 zum Magistratsvortrag. Darin enthalten sind:
- die zentralen Planungsprinzipien und Konzepte
- der Steckbriefe jedes Standortes
- ein Handlungsleitfaden für den künftigen Vorplanungsprozess eines Hochhauses in Frankfurt am Main
Ergänzende Unterlagen
Für ein vertieftes Studium des Hochhausentwicklungsplans stehen hier ergänzende Dokumente zur Verfügung. Diese enthalten:
- einen detaillierteren Überblick der betrachteten Teilbereiche des Hochhausentwicklungsplans 2024 (Standortbetrachtung)
