Urban master planning, statutory procedures under planning law on the basis of the German Construction Code and the State of Hessen Building Development Decree – in particular establishing development plans, preservation and design statutes, holding of urban planning competitions, assessment of planning law and urban planning as regards building applications and other applications in the districts that come under the planning jurisdiction of the City Planning Department as well as urban development measures and special projects.
