Fundamental issues surrounding spatial urban development planning, alignment with land-use and landscape planning carried out by the FrankfurtRheinMain Regional Authority, expert opinions on planning by other agencies (for example zoning and planning approvals procedure) as well as on main construction planning guidelines decreed by neighboring local authorities.
Preparation and implementation of urban renewal and integrated district development measures, supporting residential building construction, funding and financing on the basis of different municipal funding programs, assessment of projects as part of the state and federal programs for the Hessen State Fiduciary Agent.
